We are all connected.
All things have a frequency or vibration.
Even rocks or other seemingly inert objects. Nothing stands still. Living things of similar vibrations are attracted to each other. However, if your energy is different from another person’s, you may be repelled by each other. Some teach that you can change your vibration to match what you desire.
Our lives are created by subconscious patterns.
We keep repeating them over and over again. Some of these patterns can keep us stuck. Being aware of your own habitual patterns, often passed by family ties, can help you consciously take action and change the ones that keep you stuck.
We are surrounded by the outcome of past decisions.
But we can also capable of making new decisions in the present which can cause immediate changes and impact the future. Take physical and mental action to enrich your circumstances, even if they are out of your comfort zone. Small steps such as expressing gratitude, observing life with careful attention or dancing when nobody is watching will add up to major results.
Any action causes a reaction.
Whatever you put out into the world returns in some way, good or bad. Awareness of it can help you to begin to move yourself into more positive focus. Notice how your actions can affect you and as well as those around you.
Compensation refers to reaping what you sow.
When we have a desire, we can move toward a natural fulfillment of that desire through our own intentions and actions. For example, in giving genuine kindness or support for others, we may also become the recipient of kindness and support. It instills trust in us when we experience compensation, but it may come in unique ways, so watch for it.
Nothing and no one is inherently good or bad.
Everything is a spectrum of expression with more than one perspective on any situation or challenge. Each of us assigns meaning to everything within our lives. Because we have ongoing choice as to whether to regard something as favorable or not, try experimenting with some different points of view.
Everything in the universe has a polar opposite.
Being and non-being, dark and light, up and down; we can’t have one without the other. Experiencing these opposites is a natural part of our human experience and provides us an opportunity, while going through inevitable times of difficulties, to define a clearer path to what we want.
Change is always occurring.
Our challenge is to embrace the changes as they come along. In times of good, know it will eventually change to its opposite, so make the effort to make the most of each moment. Every change has tremendous gifts to offer us.
The energies of giving and receiving operate within all of us.
In order to create flow, they must be in balance. To find balance in your life, allow both sides within you to have their say and time for individual activity or expression.
