When we start to interrupt calling ourselves names or patting ourselves on the back, we are doing something extremely brave. Slowly we move towards an open state, moving towards a place of no handholds, no footholds, no mind holds, giving us a feeling of freedom.
It is quite common for people that have a spiritual experience to want to go out and talk about their experiences. This social interaction will only cause contradictions with your spirituality. We must simply just enjoy the experience of our awakening.
To cleanse oneself of contaminations such as anger, resistance or self-absorption, practice undiscriminating virtue. To practice virtue, give without limitations, without prejudice, and without expectations. If your willingness to give is limited, so is your ability to receive.
Stillness is accomplished by realizing the truth, not by resting the body, but inwardly still, being aware of the body. In action you act correctly acting in the truth, not in obedience to others, and stopping in the proper place. Both action and stillness come from mindlessness.
