Nearly all of us have fears, frustrations and inhibitions. To overcome them takes courage and initiative. If our problem is fear and timidity, we need a friend to encourage us, give us guidance and support, but they cannot solve our problems for us. They can encourage us to persevere.
Embrace all things, accept everything, extend your goodwill in every direction or you can deny everything, recognizing that everything you see is an illusion. Both paths lead to the spontaneous awareness of the harmonious oneness, then all you must do is participate in it.
If a species in nature dominates others, the resulting imbalance destroys habitats for all. The same situation occurs when one person or group tries to use power over others. Learning to live a balanced life, while taking others into consideration, means walking a path of modesty and integrity.
