Being satisfied with what we already have is the key to being alive in a full, unrestricted and inspiring way. Wake up, become more alert and curious about yourself. Being who we are rather than trying to change and improve ourselves is all right, just be. Any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have.
Balance between times of privacy and times of being with others is achieved by developing clarity through moderation, meditation and times alone. Whether with others or alone, keep this serenity and clarity you have developed and you will enjoy both times more.
We cannot keep a past moment, the present moment cannot be held, the moment of the future cannot be caught. We are possessed by ideas of the past, preoccupied with images of the future, but we overlook the plain truth of the present moment.
When we are dealing with mistakes and errors of others, do not dwell on them, just simply pass them over if they are unintentional transgressions and forgive misdeeds right away. Then conditions will ease and we can make our way back to ordinary conditions as soon as possible.
