We cannot blame our problems or the world’s problems on others, it’s something we can come to know in ourselves. The more we make friends with ourselves, we will see our mistaken thinking that the way to happiness is to blame somebody else for problems.
Wounds of the past can be obstacles for inner healing. Take the time to find these past obstacles and heal them. Moving away from these obstacles so they have no chance to come back into your life is also necessary to change whatever made you vulnerable in the first place.
Study the patterns that underline all things, devote yourself to learning the natural rhythms of nature and follow them. Live simply and serenely, sensitive to the changes that naturally occur, and adjust so you are compatible with the energies of the day.
When you feel stuck, cooperation with others on a common goal and concentration on the goal will help you dissolve your barriers. If you are free of all selfish exterior motives and are united in this joint task or goal, this can also dissolve the hardness of egotism.
