We have a tendency to block, freeze, or refuse to take a step into the unknown. Learn to step into the unknown again and again, then life becomes a process of growing up, and you becoming more fearless and flexible. This adds up to an inspirational and uplifted feeling.
Not everybody wants to practice self-cultivation with a consistent daily practice. It is all right to be distracted once in a while, but you need to be cautious and come back without missing too much. Creating a strong perspective is the root of wisdom and harmony.
To cleanse oneself of contaminations, such as anger or self-absorption, practice undiscriminating virtue. To practice virtue, give without limitations, without prejudice and without expectations. If your willingness to give is limited, so is your ability to receive.
To remove obstacles in life, join forces with others of like mind, in this way you succeed. You also must have the will to persevere even if the action appears to lead away from the goal. An obstruction that only lasts for a time is useful for self-development.
