When we feel most stuck, even then we are never separated from the awakened state. When our neurosis feels far more basic than our wisdom, it is there for us. Even ordinary people like us can find this openness of our heart, it is our true nature and condition.
No one knows you better than you know yourself. All you can gain from a wise person is the assurance of some initial guidance, the rest is up to you. This wise person is only a guide, never surrender your dignity, independence and personality.
Let go of all desires, detach yourself from all things, dissolve all duality, the idea of good and bad, beautiful and ugly etc. Practice undiscriminating virtue to everything and everybody. These practices are the beginning of liberation and a harmonious oneness with the universe.
To bring about abundance, a union of clarity of mind and energetic movement is needed. In periods of abundance, we become used to an easy situation. That is the time for caution and careful planning in preparation for the decline that must follow.
