Every morning is a new day. We can continue with things we were doing yesterday or we can start something new, a fresh start. If yesterday was tiring and exhausting, today is an opportunity to do something different. Take time to find what is new in each day.
Self-cultivation involves the holistic integration of mind, body and spirit, this way you achieve unity within and without. When we emphasize just the body with the exclusion of mind or spirit we are not balanced, and this leads to exhaustion.
What has been spoiled by man’s fault can be made good through man’s work. Once we know the causes of decay, we must not recoil from working diligently on them even if it is difficult. We must work tirelessly towards improving conditions in the world.
