Our reaction to suffering is usually habitual, we feel cheated somehow, or resentful. It is something that happens as a reaction to the pain or pleasure of our existence. Recognize suffering as suffering, be curious and mindful of your reactions.
If you are confronted with a pivotal decision, see if staying your course will give you what you want. If not, change no matter how deeply that will disrupt your routines. Study precedence and use the wisdom of others to help you make the necessary change.
Embrace simplicity and integrity, consume only the needs of your body and soul. Allow your love and concern for others define your essentiality. If this is not enough, stay in the center of the circle and let all things take their course, thusly you will benefit a hundredfold.
When we are dealing with mistakes and errors of others, do not dwell on them. Just simply pass them over and forgive misdeeds right away. Then when conditions begin to ease, make your way back to ordinary conditions as soon as possible.
