We need to develop a zest for challenge and for life. This practice adds up to awesome beauty, inspiration, and uplifted feeling. Life then becomes a process of growing up, and you becoming more and more fearless. This way life becomes a sense of play.
We have three sheaths, the outer physical body that incorporates primitive drives and instinct, the inner one is the mind that includes reasoning and sense of individuality. At our core is the soul, it is absolute, it is beyond senses, thoughts, and all relativity.
Try to live like every other species: seeking no reward, taking no pride, guiding without enslaving. Purge our mind of coercion allowing your heart unfettered joy. Cleanse the inner vision, leaving your mind in spiritual purity. Do this by letting things go and staying in your center.
Natural laws are based on the principle of movement along the lines of least resistance, in nature all movement is in harmony with these laws. These laws are not forces external to things, but represent the harmony of movement immanent in them.
