It’s up to you how you use your life. It doesn’t mean you are the best at cheering up or your habitual tendencies don’t get the better of you. Keep reminding yourself that it is your life to live and every action you do has a result.
In the past the social structure was organized around the sun, moon, and stars. They used and consumed what was at hand, thus bringing them closer to the earth and nature. If we practice this way of living, the more integrated our life will be.
Whatever is stiff and inflexible is courting disaster, whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life. To save the world develop an awareness of the subtle truths, merge your virtue with the universal virtue and extend it to the world without expectations of reward.
The family is society in embryo. It is where performance of moral duty is made easy through natural affection and this is later widened to include human relationships in general. What the family does in the practice of moral conduct is what is reflected in society.
