Patience is the antidote to anger, by patience we don’t mean “grin and bear it”. Instead of reacting suddenly, look at it; open ourselves to seeing what’s there. The journey of patience involves relaxing and opening to what is happening with a sense of wonder.
Do not pretend you are anyone but yourself; there is no need to feel insecure in your perception. Undertake to be perfect as you are; there is no need to become someone other than yourself. Life has sad and happy moments, accept them all and it will have its times of utter serenity.
Living life is easy if you don’t cling to good and bad; let go of preferences and everything will become clear. A natural person has two attributes: awareness and action. We cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of the world; we all need to increase our service along with our understanding.
Affection is essential in all relationships in the world, this is the all-inclusive principal of union. In any relationship remain mindful, act with tactful reserve, and fix your mind on what endures.
