When we see bad habits in others, knowing what they are doing is harmful to them, let them be. If they ask you for support, do so if you are able, rather than complaining to them and suggesting to them they change their ways. The best support you can give them is to listen and be present. It is amazing when people talk about their problem they will usually come up with the answer.
Wounds of the past can be obstacles for inner healing. Take the time to find these past obstacles and heal them. Moving away from these obstacles so they have no chance to come back into our life is also necessary to change whatever makes us vulnerable to these obstacles.
If you don’t know when enough is enough, you will never have enough. There is no greater illusion than fear. If you can look through fear, you will always be safe. Pain and happiness are conditions of the mind; cultivate the mind, body and spirit. If you understand this, peace and harmony naturally arise.
When tensions and complications begin to ease, make your way back to ordinary conditions as soon as you can. This will have a stimulating and liberating effect on you. Don’t overdo your triumph, attend to residual matters as quickly as possible so no retardations occur.
