When we start to interrupt calling ourselves names or patting ourselves on the back, we are doing something extremely brave. Slowly we move towards an open state, moving towards a place of no handholds, no footholds, no mind holds, giving us a feeling of freedom.
We wonder if everything trends towards disorder. For this to be true we would have to have order in the first place. Accept the fact that there is always uncertainty, and work with that. When you incorporate the idea of uncertainty into your life is when you will feel the most human.
There are those who say the ancient teachings are nonsense. Others call them lofty and impractical. But to those who have looked inside themselves, this nonsense makes perfect sense and those who put them into practice, this loftiness has roots that go deep.
If you adjust your activities in relation to nature and its cycles, nature will reward you. Look for the opportunities all situations bring you, both good and bad. Sometimes your greatest opportunities come from those situations that you are afraid of or find undesirable.
