Fully acknowledge your sadness and the sadness of life, but do not be consumed by it. Remember your true nature, of balance and completeness, joining vision with practicality, this quality of being continuously awake, will help you remember who you really are.
Life is sometimes compared to the ocean; sometimes turbulent, sometimes calm. Life, like the ocean, it is vast and deep. We try to conquer it and understand it, but the wise know there is no other alternative except to accept it, and float here and there, go in and out with the tides.
There is an underlying essence or energy that is inherent in the universe. Try to find it, you can’t, it permeates everything and everybody; use it and it is inexhaustible. Using it, our dualities will be forgotten and forms will emerge with incredible depths and dimensions.
If you want to change it is necessary that first the self be understood. If you do not understand self, you cannot be sincere. With understanding and sincerity your thoughts will be truthful, and you will be able to change the self, and you will have a path of creativity and development.
Quote: Believe you can do it.
