Do not judge or try to grasp whatever arises in the mind. What we call good or bad we should simply acknowledge as just “thinking”. Let all thoughts come and go as if touching a bubble with a feather. This practice prepares us to stop struggling and discover a fresh unbiased state of being.
Every morning is a new day, we can continue with things we were doing yesterday, or we can start something new, a fresh start. If yesterday was tiring and exhausting, today is an opportunity to do something different. Take time to find what is new in each day.
By integrating the positive influences in your life with the positive elements of your own being, and eliminating the subtle negative influences, you can enhance all aspects of your life. In order to eliminate the negative influences, simply ignore them.
When leading people, be open to all, “see” them as they really are without judgement, regarding who they are individually with their talents and limitations. When leading also be aware of what is generally needed at that moment and how that can be done.
