At first your self-cultivation practice may seem quite restricting, but eventually you reach a point where everything flows quite spontaneously. Doubts fade away and every day is filled with new, fresh and wonderful insights, replacing the banality of ordinary life.
When you have no enemy, you will always be victorious. If you have enemies, never underestimate them. Underestimating your enemy is thinking that they are evil, thus you become an enemy yourself. Victory will always go to the one that knows how to yield.
Excessive emotion toward something only underlines the power it has over you. Removing the excess from reactions and turning them into studied, measured, calm action can result in decisiveness. This gives you the ability to influence others through joy and inclusiveness.
