We can dissolve the sense of dualism between us and them, between this and that, between here and there, by going to places and entering situations that scare us, that we find difficult and wish to push away. We must befriend the idea that we can be wrong and let go of the feelings of guilt or shame.
Conservation is impossible without a sound understanding of cycles. Unless we remember how precious something is, how much effort it took to come into being, we do not value it. We are part of these same cycles; we should contemplate and act within that context.
To interfere with nature is to try to seek control, this causes distress and produces exhaustion. Let things come and go effortlessly without desire. If you never expect results, you never will be disappointed; if you are never disappointed, your spirit never grows old.
Talents and abilities are gifts you possess that have a higher purpose behind them, but they only gain value by what they are used for. The integrity of your gifts will lose their power if you boast about them or become distracted by comparing them to others.
