Meditation is the only activity that doesn’t add anything to the picture. It is a totally nonviolent, nonaggressive practice. Not filling the space, allowing for the possibility of connecting with unconditional openness; this practice provides the basis for real change.
Some say you can get rid of anything by writing about it. This process of externalization can liberate the pain in your soul. This realization produces a dichotomy: to free yourself or to hold on to both joys and pain by remaining silent about them.
There is no one method for attaining realization, to regard one method as the right one is to create duality which will delay your understanding of the truth. Always keep your attitude unstructured, this will give you the freedom to learn and understand the truth.
Acting unobtrusively in dealing with people means dealing with them on their own terms, seeing the totality as one organism. This means having a quality of breadth like that of the earth, which supports everything and accepts everything, being responsive to everything in an adaptive way.
Quote: To see not the one who makes you angry, but the place in yourself where this anger arises.
