When we see suffering in our lives we can be curious, notice it and be mindful of our reactions to that. Our reactions are usually habitual. Instead, we could see the next impulse coming up and how we spin off from there, good nor bad, without judgement or any intention.
When the mind is focused it can become the most powerful tool we know. Explore all the dimensions of your mind, then you will find a wholly integral mode of consciousness. To do this, select an aspect of your mind and delve into it by daily focus, like studying.
Integral awareness is fluid and adaptable, present in all places at all times; this is meditation. You cannot attain clarity and simplicity by avoiding the world. Practice virtue without expecting it from others, retain an ordinary manner; then you will have true clarity, true simplicity.
Fellowship among us should be based on concerns that are universal. Lasting fellowship should not be the private interests of individuals, but rather the goals of humanity. Fellowship in the open succeeds, if unity like this prevails even difficult and dangerous tasks can be accomplished.
Quote: Simple does not mean doing less, it means doing more with less.
