Negative shame is accompanied by guilt and self-denigration, it is pointless and no help to us; in fact, it will cause us harm. Positive shame is when we have harmed ourselves or anyone else and feel sorry for having done so, this allows us to grow from our mistakes.
The beginning of spring, movement and growth are taking place all around us, let us get out into nature, enjoy the day, reel in the coming of spring, rejoice in it and the change of the season. Go out in the forest, filling your lungs with the breath of the forest, being part of nature.
Your mind is like the sky, if it’s cloudy you will not see it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not there. All our miseries and conflicts are created by the activity of the mind. Keep your mind still, look inside and see the truth that is always available, always responsive.
If you are in a leading role, you should be humble, sincere, gentle and magnanimous, willing to seek harmony with others. Once you have achieved success do not become too proud of it, remember the greatest gift we can give is our gratitude.
