We can dissolve the sense of dualism between us and them, between this and that, between here and there by going to places and entering situations that scare us, that we find difficult and wish to push away. We must befriend the idea that we can be wrong and let go of the feelings of guilt or shame.
Life is sometimes compared to the ocean, sometimes turbulent, sometimes calm. Life, like the ocean is vast and deep, we try to conquer it and understand it, but the wise know there is no other alternative except to accept it and float here and there, go in and out with the tides.
Knowing others is intelligence, knowing yourself is true wisdom. When you master yourself, you do not have to master others. When you know you have enough then you are truly wealthy. Find your roots and nourish them and you will know longevity.
You can become exhausted by not having enough or by having too much. To handle a tiring situation, proceed slowly with self-confidence. Accept your situation as it is, with faith and ease, and know that an exhausting situation bears the seeds of great regeneration.
