There is often a discrepancy between our ideals and what we encounter. It’s the rub between these two things, the squeeze between vision and reality that causes you to grow up, wake up, to be alive and compassionate. This rub is one of our most productive places on the spiritual path.
Creativity does not mean the arbitrary making of something out of our cultured minds. Rather, it is spontaneous movement in harmony with life’s rhythms. We need creativity, the ability to solve problems, to think of unusual strategies or compose poetry, music and painting.
There is an underlying essence or energy that is inherent in the universe, try to find it you can’t. It permeates everything and everybody, use it and it is inexhaustible. Using it, our dualities will be forgotten and forms will emerge with incredible depths and dimensions.
Different times have different social norms and constraints. Different cultures recognize different standards. Different roles in society carry different responsibilities. Therefore, you must adjust your actions and your perspectives in accordance with any situation.
