Things come together and they fall apart. We think the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is things never really get solved. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen, room for grief, for relief, for misery and for joy.
Use patterns for planning your day and for your entire life. Each day match your interim patterns against your master goals. You will learn to improvise when unpredictable things happen or things don’t go according to your plan. Discern the pattern of the change and make change as necessary.
The truth is always right there before you and what you need is always right in front of you, all you need to do is open your mind and heart and look. You can do this by being present in this moment, accepting that you don’t know, then the truth will become clear.
Remember everyday of our lives is part of a continuum of change and development. When responding to change, do not respond to isolated events but respond to the whole process. Find innovative and new ways to respond to changes avoid your old habitual ways.
Quote: What we do, even what we think, changes what happens. It changes reality for everyone.
