Meditation is the only activity that doesn’t add anything to the picture. It is a totally nonviolent, nonaggressive practice. Not filling the space, allowing for the possibility of connecting with unconditional openness; this practice provides the basis for real change.
We let thoughts and doubts from past activities carry over into the present. This leads us to conflict. Instead of allowing this to happen, we should act without leaving consequences. Resolving problems each day to our utmost satisfaction will keep our mind free of lingering impressions.
Our path in life is to live in harmony with all others, the environment and oneself; to live in synchronicity with all things and to be completely authentic, sincere and natural. These ancient teachings provide us with a guide to living, thinking, feeling and behaving.
If you have opposition, do not proceed to brusquely; limit yourself to producing gradual effects in small matters. This will help you achieve success because opposition does not preclude all agreement. Opposition can represent a polarity, that can be very useful.
