Difficult people teach us how to learn and grow. We all know people that complain constantly or that are irritated by everything. When we meet them, we should look for the lessons they can teach us; humility, patience, kindness, just to name a few.
Through our life we have failures, humiliation and acquire scars from injuries, both physical and emotional trauma. Healing is up to us and the method we use to heal is up to us alone. Through our own positive practices, that we do on a regular basis, we learn how to heal.
When we lose trust in ourselves, we begin to depend on authority. When people no longer fear the power of authority a greater empowerment appears, never needing to enforce itself. You will then work naturally to fulfill yourself and meet your community needs.
The words and deeds of the past can be used to strengthen and elevate your character. When you study the past, do not confine yourself to knowledge of history, but apply that knowledge to give actuality to the past by studying and practicing these ancient teachings.
