To be fearless is not really to overcome fear, its to come to know its nature. To do this, develop compassion for yourself and others and not always wanting things to work out on your own terms, just be curious. Relax, befriend your feelings, then you begin to understand.
The ancients say the world is a dream from which there is no escaping. They hold the outer reality as unreal, but there is an inner reality too. Some do not readily accept the conditions of this existence. We have eyes to see, but we also have a voice to refute the existential delusion.
Neither become obsessed with circumstances nor forgo awareness of them. Let go of all conflict and strife, practice unswerving kindness and unending patience. Give whatever you can without restraint, you then become one with the receiver and both become the giver.
Before helping others, one must store up one’s own knowledge, strength and virtue. On the other hand, to help each other, people must be sincere and truthful. The ancients taught working together with one heart and one mind will ensure success.
