Things come together and they fall apart. We think the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is things never really get solved. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen; room for grief, for relief, for misery and for joy.
If you cease exercising your body, mind and spirit they stop growing and begin to atrophy. We can only grow when we are challenged, so everyday find some way to challenge all aspects of yourself. You can find the way to do this by being open to the idea of growing.
The ancient teachings are easy to understand and easy to practice. Your intellect will never grasp them and if you try to practice them you will fail. The teachings are older than the world. How can you grasp their meaning? If you want to know them, look inside your heart.
Generally, when something is complete, we let the success turn our heads and look for something else to do. When something is complete, we should guide its course to the start of another new achievement. This way the first achievement will not start to decay or decline.
