Difficult people teach us how to learn and grow. We all know people that complain constantly or that are irritated by everything. When we meet them, we should look for the lessons they can teach us: humility, patience, kindness, just to name a few.
History is essential to understanding the present. We need to be conscious of how we came to this point in time, then we can plan the present and the future. If we strive for peace and harmony in the world, we need as much background information as possible.
Living life is easy if you don’t cling to good and bad. Let go of preferences and everything will become clear. We cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of the world; we all need to increase our service along with our understanding, using our natural attributes, awareness and action.
Letting go means forgiveness, forgetting and releasing old grudges. When an individual’s consciousness is not holding such blockages, there is no negativity, tension, defenses or stress because one is free and then there is opportunity to choose a different way.
Quote: The secret of happiness, you see is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less. Socrates
