We can dissolve the sense of dualism between us and them, between this and that, between here and there, by going to places and situations that scare us and that we find difficult and wish to push away. We must befriend the idea that we can be wrong and let go of the feelings of guilt or shame.
If we remember that ownership exists only by definition, then we can give up possessiveness, defensiveness, and greed. You don’t even own your own body. Ownership would mean total control, you would never age or suffer. Why not seek the truth that goes beyond the body?
Never hoard anything, share your possessions, the more you share the greater your abundance. The more you do for others, the happier you will be because you are doing it for yourself. The less you hold on to, the easier it is to give yourself to others.
When we are dealing with mistakes and errors of others, do not dwell on them. Just simply pass them over, that is if they are unintentional transgressions, and forgive misdeeds right away. Then conditions will ease and we can make our way back to ordinary conditions as soon as possible.
