Everyday there is more aggression throughout the world and that pain escalates indefinitely. Ask yourself, “Am I going to add to the aggression in the world?” When things get edgy take time to ask yourself, “Am I going to be the aggressor or am I going to practice acceptance and peace.”
Your way of living, what you eat, what you wear are an expression of your state of mind. Contribute, be creative, treasure what you learn and preserve it so it can be passed on to others. Above all be compassionate, this is a stand against evil and opens the spirit.
If you want to become a better person, study that which serves the nature of life and then offer it to the world. If you study with devotion, and do so wholeheartedly, all things in the universe will be in harmony and everything in your life will reflect this practice.
In ancient times moral strength was more important than physical strength. Parading one’s strength and trying to outshine others brings about misfortune. Be sincere and truthful, act with courtesy, never use force, be steadfast and upright.
