Each day reflect on the day ahead, keeping a wide-open heart and mind. Before retiring, reflect on what you have done. If you did something you aspired to do even once, rejoice in that. If you went against your aspiration, rejoice that you can see what you did.
We live in a world where selfless sharing of knowledge is no longer a virtue. Many people regard knowledge as a commodity to be packaged and sold. The more knowledge you give away, the more will come to you. Be compassionate to others, what do you have to fear by being open?
Intellectual knowledge exists in and of the brain, which is part of the physical body. However, insight is a function of the spirit that never goes away, you can always cultivate it. Refined over time, insight becomes pure constant and unwavering.
Change comes whether one prepares for it or not. It should be noted that making or preparing for change is considered a good practice. Engaging with society and others will help you notice and prepare for changes; also, it will help you find a way to deal with them.
