Difficult people teach us how to learn and grow. We all know people that complain constantly or that are irritated by everything. When we meet them, we should look for the lessons they can teach us; humility, patience, kindness, just to name a few.
Meditation gives you the opportunity to disengage in everyday activities. Give your mind a rest for a few minutes each day and give your body a chance to draw energy from the earth. Don’t do anything except to sit quietly letting the thoughts go and bringing the mind home.
Attaching yourself to gross energies such as loving this person, hating that clan, rejecting experiences habitually, indulging in another, will lead you to a heavy detached life. Love all things, work daily on your habitual tendencies, and live in the world without attachments, let go.
Wait for the proper time to begin things you have planned. Waiting calls for patience, it does not mean giving up. During the period of waiting cultivate self confidence, steadfastness and uprightness. Be cautious; then the outcome will bring success.
Quote: Happiness has nothing to do with wealth or status but is a matter of harmony.
