The way to dissolve our resistance to life is to meet it face to face. Even if you resent the weather, if it is raining, enjoy the wetness. Appreciate all things, look closely, open your mind, let go of resentment to things that you can do nothing about.
We must seek a level of consciousness beyond the intellect. We must study, but not to the point that the emphasis on direct experience is lost. If we combine the intellect with the emphasis on direct experience, then there will be no barriers to the wordless perception of reality.
The goal is to be content with our simple everyday lives, in harmony with nature and free of desires. When there is no desire, all things are at peace. Take care of the well-being of all things by accepting responsibility for the energies you manifest, actively and subtlety.
When change and improvements are called for, steps must be taken with a firm correct attitude, then they succeed. Such changes must be given careful consideration, but not for too long. After the change is made note for some time how the improvements bear the test of actuality.
