When we start to interrupt calling ourselves names, patting ourselves on the back, we are doing something extremely brave. Slowly we move towards an open state, moving towards a place of no handholds, no footholds, no mind holds, giving us a feeling of freedom.
There are three things we need from life: sound health, a way through the bewilderment of life and liberation from all our fears. Following the ancient teachings, you will find a source of sustenance that once you taste it, doubts will fade and life will be easier.
Our ego is fascinated by the realms of the senses, going from one desire to the next, one conflict to the next and one self-centred idea to the next. Keep your mind from wandering, keep to your original oneness, let events take their natural course and understand things by letting them go.
When leading people, be open to all, “see” them as they really are without judgement, regarding who they are individually with their talents and limitations. When leading also be aware of what is generally needed at that moment and how that can be done.
