Difficult people teach us how to learn and grow. We all know people that complain constantly or that are irritated by everything. When we meet them, we should look for the lessons they can teach us; humility, patience, kindness, just to name a few.
There is a source of power within you. Although external circumstances may occasionally hamper you, true movement comes from within yourself. This power source is latent within you, but you can learn to tap into it. Finding this power is great joy, deciding how to direct it is a great responsibility.
If the senses are cluttered with objects, they lose their acuteness and eventually decay. Desires wither the heart. Let go of them and your heart will naturally overflow with love. Reflect whatever happens without judgement and treat yourself with compassion and kindness.
Before helping others, one must store up one’s own knowledge, strength and virtue. On the other hand, to help each other, people must be sincere and truthful. The ancients taught working together with one heart and one mind will ensure success.
