Are we going to spend this lifetime struggling against uncertainty and saying, “I’m like this and you’re like that”, or are we going to train in letting go, reconnecting with the natural flexibility of our being and help others do the same? If we do this, limitless possibilities open up.
The ancients say the world is a dream, an illusion, from which there is no escaping. They hold the outer reality as unreal, but there is an inner reality too. We can search this inner reality by the practice of self-cultivation and meditation.
Study the patterns that underline all things, devote yourself to learning the natural rhythms of nature and follow them. Live simply and serenely, sensitive to the changes that naturally occur, and adjust so you are compatible with the energies of the day.
Once we feel we have accomplished something and it is complete, this is the time to be cautious. In life there are times when everything appears to be balanced, complete and in harmony, this is the time to recognize those moments that bode change to an unbalanced state.
