Just see, hear and feel them as they really are, not trying to make them right or wrong. True communication can only happen in that open space.
When you awake, take time to immerse yourself in the rising energy of the day. In the evening, put aside the cares of the day. Night is the time for regeneration, just immerse yourself in the gestating power of the dark.
Hope and fear are both phantoms that arise from thinking about yourself. When we don’t see the self as self what do we have to fear? See the world as yourself, treat the world as yourself, love the world as yourself, have faith in the way things are. Then you can care for all things.
If you are serious and composed, you will have the clarity of mind needed to come to terms with the innumerable impressions that pour in. At the beginning of things, it is important to have this clarity. The beginning holds the seeds of all that is to follow.
