Impermanence can teach you a lot about how to cheer up. Its okay if the thoughts of impermanence scare you, this can make you start asking questions and start you wondering. Maybe you are afraid of the most exciting things you have yet to learn.
Approach it and there is no beginning, follow it and there is no end. You cannot know it, but you can be it, at ease in your life. Just realize where you came from: this is the essence of wisdom. Look and it is right before your eyes.
If you can let go of all dualities you can reach the heart of the integral Oneness. Avoid thinking of the Oneness as unusual, exalted, sublime, transcendental. It is beyond all that. It is simply the direct essential and complete truth.
Whenever a feeling is voiced with sincerity and trustworthiness, whenever a deed is the clear expression of sentiment, a far-reaching influence is exerted. The root of this influence lies in your inner being and the effect is a reflection of something that emanates from your heart.
