Meditation is the only activity that doesn’t add anything to the picture. It is a totally nonviolent, nonaggressive practice. Not filling the space, allowing for the possibility of connecting with unconditional openness; this practice provides the basis for real change.
We recognize the necessity of daily activity in life, but also, we need to take time each day to reflect on the day’s events and return to what the ancients call the source. This back-and-forth movement between source and daily activity is the movement of all things.
Living life is easy if you don’t cling to good and bad. Let go of preferences and everything will become clear. A natural person has two attributes: awareness and action. We cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of the world; we all need to increase our service along with our understanding.
To make successful progress you must be in harmony with the natural laws. In times of progress and successful development, it is necessary to work and make the best use of the times. These times of increase do not endure; therefore, they must be utilized while they last.
Quote: Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
