We are stuck in the same patterns of grasping and fixating, which cause the same thoughts and reactions to occur over and over again. When we see this, even just for a second, we will naturally discover the knack of stopping these reoccurrences. We can further do this by making it personal, explore it wholeheartedly and relax.
Meditation can occur on all levels of your life. You may think of meditation as a relaxation exercise or spiritual cultism. Such a thing as “contemplating your navel” if done correctly can have profound effects on your life, such as improved circulation, better appetite, calmer mind, stabilized emotions, just to name a few.
A great person realizes and admits when he makes a mistake, then sets about correcting it. They consider a person who points out their faults as a most benevolent teacher. He who does not meddle in the affairs of others is a light to all.
Human society should hold together through common interests that allow each person to feel part of the whole. What is required is that we unite with others. This is accomplished by sincerity in forming relationships with a common goal.
