Every morning is a new day. We can continue with things we were doing yesterday or we can start something new; a fresh start. If yesterday was tiring and exhausting, today is an opportunity to do something different. If we take time to find what is new in each day and observe the simple, we will gain freshness and fulfilment.
It is time to stop talking and start to practice relaxing your body, quieting your senses and returning your mind to its original clarity. We are not separate from others. Return to the oneness of all things and allow the truth to surround you.
Contemplation of the meaning of the underlying workings of the universe will enable you to apprehend the universe’s natural laws. It will enable you to give expression to these laws in one’s own person. Contemplation of the action of others will allow you to put yourself in another’s place and understand his motives.
