You can listen to fear, you can respect it; but if you don’t do what it says it has no power over you. The world never tires of conflict. Why can we not learn to honor the innocence of each other and move as closely as possible to a simple existence?
A dedicated person embodies an enduring meaning in her way of life and thereby the world is formed. We must keep abreast of the times and change with it. What endures is the inner law of her being this determines all her actions.
If you want to be given everything, give everything up. Unless you accept yourself, you can’t let go of yourself. If you are willing to live simply, you will see beauty in everything and everywhere.
