When you keep your heart and mind open, you feel and emanate a sense of immense well being. This feeling gives you a sense of being fully human, you want to be with friends when they’re in trouble and you will become a real help to the poor aching earth that supports us.
Walking in nature creates a unity of mind, body and spirit. Away from the rush and bustle of society one is free to observe natures lessons. There are a thousand meanings in every view, just open yourself up to see the scripture of the landscape.
Give up all concepts, judgements and desires and your mind will grow naturally compassionate. The more we let go of what we love, the more present our love becomes. The clearer our insight into what is beyond good and evil, the more we can embody the good.
Growth does not need to mean that size changes: when we learn to unlearn what no longer serves us, we may even get smaller and better, do more with less and yet hold more of the world in our grasp. But our job is to give these gains value and not merely learn they are there.
Quote: We sometimes get all the information, but we refuse to get the message.
